- What are your business hours?
I can work whatever hours the you need me for. Day, night, weekend, holidays it doesnt matter to me.
I can be contacted any time through my contact page and will respond normally within 12 hours. If calling by phone please call any day of the week between 9am and 9pm and I will talk to you straight away. If I am on a job just leave a message and I will call back ASAP.
- Do I need to pay upfront?
Only a deposit. Due to a large number of people not turning up to bookings or cancelling with just a few hours notice I do require a deposit when booking. For all shoots apart from weddings it is £30 with the balance due on or before the shoot.
For weddings the deposit is £100 with the balance due 28 days before the big day.
If any shoot is cancelled because of national lockdowns then you will have the choice of a full refund or another date.
- Can I get a full refund?
Deposits cannot be refunded once the booking is made with the exception of a the shoot not being able to take place because of a government lockdown or the photographer being ill (this has never happened).
- What happens if the photographer is ill?
If I am ill or hospitalised on the day I am required (it's never happened yet, touch wood) I will give as much notice to you as possible and issue a full refund of any money paid including the deposit.
I have a couple of photographers whom I often work with who have, between them, done 100s of weddings and other shoots. If you agree to it and they are available they would be able to step in to take my place.
- Where are you based?
I am based in Heysham which is just outside of Morecambe in West Lancashire.
I cover Lancashire and the Lakes . Postcode is LA3 2DT if you want to see on Google maps.
- How long until I get my images?
For weddings approx 2 to 3 weding. For all other shoots 1 to 2 weeks.
Often it is faster depending upon the time of year and how busy it is.
I will keep you updated at all times.
For wedding though you will recieve approx 10 images the day after the event so you can share them on social media or use them on thank you cards.
Your images are also put into a password protacted gallery on my website so anyone you give the password to can view them as well.
